This means that when a customer places an order on our online shop, Spreadconnect handles the printing, packing, and shipping of the items directly to the customer.
How It Works:
- Customer Order: A customer browses our online shop and places an order for a product.
- Order Notification: Once an order is placed, we send the details to Spreadconnect.
- Fulfillment: Spreadconnect processes the order, prints designs and ships it directly to the customer.
- Tracking and Customer Service: We provide tracking information to the customer and handle any customer service inquiries regarding the order

- The reason for return.
- We may ask to provide us photo's. We want to give our customers the quality guarantee of products they paid for.
- The place where your package was sent out from.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
