To streamline our fulfillment process, we have partnered with Spreadconnect, a leading fulfillment provider based in Germany. Spreadconnect specializes in print-on-demand and dropshipping services. This means that when a customer places an order on our online shop, Spreadconnect handles the printing, packing, and shipping of the items directly to the customer.

How It Works:

1. Customer Order: A customer browses our online shop and places an order for a product.
2. Order Notification: Once an order is placed, we send the details to Spreadconnect.
3. Fulfillment: Spreadconnect processes the order, prints designs and ships it directly to the customer.
4. Tracking and Customer Service: We provide tracking information to the customer and handle any customer service inquiries regarding the order

We recommend our customers to contact Idyo clothing at info@idyoclothing.com before returning any products. We may ask you to provide us:

1. The reason for return.
2. We may ask to provide us photo's. We want to give our customers the quality guarantee  of products they paid for.
3. The place where your package was sent out from.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
